“We began using MedCove for Travel RT-PCR Covid Testing in July 2020 and each time has been such a breeze. I run an agency here in Pasadena that coordinates the dispatch of repair technicians all around the world to repair and calibrate Semiconductor parts and subsystems. Our technicians travel most frequently to China, Poland, India, Germany, and Taiwan. Every technician about to travel is sent to MedCove for a Travel Test 48 hours before departure and if any issues do come up (I’ve had one issue where results were not emailed) there is always someone there answering the phones to assist. That may sound insignificant but you’d be surprised. Other clinics I’ve worked with in the past simply do not answer phones and do not problem solve. Thank you for doing what you do!”
